The Filipina CEO Circle (FCC) is the only women’s organization in the country today dedicated to advancing the status of women business leaders in their respective companies. Having risen from the ranks to reach the top position, we know firsthand the challenges and obstacles women face in the corporate world.

This is why FCC was created. To inspire, support, guide and mentor other promising young women professionals to break the glass ceiling. Our way of giving back with the hope that all our collective efforts will strengthen our ranks, creating a more inclusive leadership landscape that reflects the unique perspectives and contributions of women.

We start conversations

We conduct, host and sponsor local summits focused on women and their development and enhancement. FCC also participates actively in international women’s summits, fielding speakers and panelists, and encouraging participation from our members.

We guide

We are committed to nurturing the next generation of Filipina leaders. In partnership with some of the best colleges and universities in the country, we conduct campus tours where our CEOs share their life journey with students. And through special one-on-one online mentoring sessions between our CEOs and graduating students, we are able to provide students an up close and personal encounter with women role models.

We grow together

We provide our members access to enriching learning sessions and bonding experiences during our monthly meetings. Each month, a group of members hosts the event, invites sought after speaker(s) and prepares the perfect venue and feast for everyone. An experience like no other.

We uplift

We live out our woman empowerment advocacy by mounting and supporting initiatives that promote women's leadership and representation.

We give back

We pool our time and resources and mobilize our networks for causes close to our hearts. We reach the poorest communities during our annual Christmas gift giving for thousands of families, respond immediately to emergency drives during national crises or calamities, and donate funds for select recipients from our yearend pre-loved auctions.
