Inspired Conversations Conferences

Our first large-scale conference was held in September 2016. Called INSPIRED Conversations: From the NOW Gen to the NEXT Gen, this event explored how to build a bridge from one generation to the next, driving our female executives’ expectations of leadership and raising their expectations of themselves. It was attended by about 1,200 participants.

Own Your Future Now was the theme of our second conference in November 2017. It featured the county’s iconic men and women business leaders who shared personal experiences and advice to help about 2,000 women participants fast track their own career paths. This forum was the first partnership of FCC with the Management Association of the Philippines.

In 2019, INSPIRED Conversations: Nothing Left Unsaid brought together a community of inspiring and visionary Movers (Trailblazers and Game Changers) and Makers (newsMakers and historyMakers).

We began the day with a Women’s Expo, Job Fair (with an Interview Area) and 1:1 Mentoring Sessions with Women CEOs. We also had pocket sessions on Dressing for Success, The Art of Networking, How to Prepare your CV, etc. In the afternoon during our signature forum, we had honest, raw conversations along 4 main themes: The Future is Me, The Way We Work, Digital Human Revolution and Changemakers.

These events were more than a gathering of women: they were about EMPOWERING… CONNECTING.
